All apartments and communal areas at The Residences have 24-hour emergency monitoring call buttons, and personal pendants. This gives you and your family peace of mind that if something unexpected happens, help is readily available.
Our Concierge is available for your convenience. Whether it’s making a booking, arranging deliveries, organising transport, maintenance requests or printing a document, it can all be done for you at The Residences.
When it comes to home maintenance, no job is too big or too small. Whether it’s a simple job like hanging a picture, moving a heavy item, attending to a leaky tap, changing a light globe or assembling furniture, our on-site maintenance and handyman is available five days per week.* (Personal Maintenance Requests may incur an additional charge.)
The Residences is a pet-friendly community. Subject to approval, your life-long companions are a welcome addition to the community.
The Social Club offers people a variety of cultural, social and educational activities. These events are co-ordinated by the committee in partnership with the Community Manager and are displayed in the monthly Newsletter & Calendar. These include organised events such as Vivid Harbour Cruise, Blue Mountains High Tea, themed dinners and visits to the Art Gallery. (Some events will incur additional costs.)
